We are Brandon & Denise Walsh and we designed this website when we both fell in the love with Keto diet in 2017. We discovered the incredible mental clarity, the increased energy and the plethora of health benefits that accompany a high fat diet and we had to start telling the world about it!

We are sweethearts from college and have been blessed with two handsome little boys in the best city on Earth – Grand Rapids, MI. Prior to finding our passion with health and wellness, our full-time careers were in Engineering and Psychology – perfect fit, right? 😉

As our means to support our family, we are also promoters of the ketogenic product line from It Works Global, which includes their delicious “Keto Coffee”.
